This authentic Louis Vuitton steamer trunk, circa 1885’s, is over 130 years old. 4 digits serial number, one of the first Louis Vuitton trunk ever produced by the newly brand. Featuring striped “rayée”canvas all brass hardware, and leather trims and a complete interior including all inserts and trays. Top of the line model. Good condition considering age – Wears and marks, signs of use and travels. One of the rarest format and covering, increasingly hard to find. Perfect size to be used as coffee table, center or conversation piece.
